Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent platform ban, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral of the matter to relevant legal authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

EK77 Game processes all financial transactions through trusted, verified Pakistani payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300
All deposits are processed promptly and credited to your account balance upon successful payment confirmation

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, graphics, logos, game mechanics, software code, written material, and branding appearing across the EK77 Game platform are the exclusive intellectual property of EK77 Game and its licensed content partners. These assets are fully protected under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our platform strictly for its intended personal gaming and earning purposes. This license explicitly does not permit you to:

Account Termination

Upon account termination:

Any pending bonus rewards or promotional credits are forfeited without right of appeal
Legitimate account balances from verified deposits may be reviewed for refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
You may not create a new account without explicit prior written permission from our management team

You also hold the right to voluntarily close your own account at any time by contacting our support team directly. We will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days of receiving your formal request.

Limitation of Liability

We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Some Pakistani consumer protection provisions may limit the applicability of certain warranty exclusions — in such cases, our disclaimers apply to the greatest extent legally enforceable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan, without reference to any conflict of law principles that might otherwise apply. Any legal questions, disputes, or proceedings arising from your use of EK77 Game shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

Our Preferred Dispute Resolution Approach

Before pursuing any formal legal action, EK77 Game strongly encourages every user to contact our support team directly to resolve any concern or dispute informally. Our team genuinely wants to resolve every issue fairly and quickly without the time and expense of formal proceedings. We commit to engaging with every dispute raised in good faith with a genuine desire to reach a fair resolution for both parties.

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to appropriate mediation or arbitration before escalating to formal court proceedings, where both parties agree to such a process.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be unenforceable, invalid, or contrary to applicable law, that specific provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible. All remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect completely unaffected by the modification of the invalid provision.

Waiver

The failure of EK77 Game to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right or provision. We retain the full ability to enforce any provision of these Terms at any future point regardless of any prior instance of non-enforcement.
